Report an Error
Accuracy is our top priority. If you notice a calculation that doesn't look right, an outdated rate, or a typo, please let us know. When reporting an error, it helps if you include:
- The name of the calculator
- The values you entered
- The result you received
- What you expected the result to be
- Your source for the expected result (e.g. HMRC, your accountant)
We investigate every report and typically resolve issues within 24-48 hours.
Suggest a Calculator
We're always expanding our collection. If there's a calculator you'd find useful that we don't currently offer, let us know. We prioritise suggestions based on:
- How many people would benefit from it
- Whether reliable official data sources exist
- How complex the calculation is to implement accurately
